Recently Traffic helped Future Home Care – one of the largest providers of supported living in the UK – to create a more engaging online marketing strategy.
FHC were keen to align its online strategy with the needs of a broad target audience including end service users (people with learning disabilities), their families, Local Authorities and health organisations.
Short videos show service users in the supported living environment and participating in a range of leisure and learning activities. Site visitors are able to sign-up to e-communications and enagage with key people via social media channels.
The previous website was outdated and provided limited information. Traffic set about collating service information from key people within the organisation and created a sitemap to form the ‘blueprint’ of the new site.
The site design and layout was produced fully in line with Accesibility requirements to ensure the broad spectrum of users could easily find the information required.
